My Genesis Project
My journey as a car enthusiast has been a bit of a spectator only journey. The first car I bought was a 1995 Honda Civic LX that did not pan out. It turned into a family car because my mom’s car had broken down and that left my car as the only mode of transportation for the entire house. I of course ordered some Eibach springs and some fancy red rear control arms but decided to sell those parts not too long after. I then sold the Civic as soon as my mom’s car was working again but was faced with a dilemma of using that money to buy an 89 Camaro (With the T-top ladies and gentlemen) or a plane ticket to move to LA. I chose the latter and moved to LA.
Over the years I continued to pass up potential builds and put family first. I have now reached a point in my life where it’s time to take that step and create my first build. Here I introduced to you my 2016 Audi A3 (Not gonna lie. I wanted a Subaru WRX STI but it wasn’t in the budget. Lol). I did not intend to modify this car at all but I learned more about Audi through this car. Plus it’s a bit of a sleeper with the turbo and S Tronic Dual Clutch. Not to mention that it’s a pretty good looking car as is. There’s not a whole lot of aftermarket parts for this car so I will be thinking of creative ways to make this car standout like a Madd Enthusiast would. So join me on my journey as I put my mechanics and creative abilities to the test. Join me on what I call my Genesis project.
